Students in OTS’s Straus-Amiel Emissary Training Institute were taken to the Oz v’Gaon reserve for a day of fun team-building.

Building a cohesive group contributes to a better learning environment; it’s no longer about a handful of individuals but about a group undergoing a process together.

But team-building also contributes to a better shlichut – when the students complete their studies and take up emissary positions across the globe, the network they have established continues to be active, serving as a supportive, helpful family with one united mission – something that adds tremendous strengh and reinforcement during the challenging shlichut period.
