It may still be summer break, but at Midreshet Lindenbaum-Lod there’s still a lot going on! Most recently, the seminary’s staff held a reunion meeting for the young women who graduated in 2002 and have just completed their first year of IDF or National Service. The alumnae engaged in joint study, creative expression and open discussion. An important part of the get-together included discussing possibilities for commemorating beloved classmate Maia Dee Hy”d, who was murdered in a terror attack on Pesach, together with her mother and sister.

The year these young women spent together in seminary was a milestone for their future lives, and these reunions during the course of national service and later on are a significant source of strength and values - for the alumnae as well as for the faculty.
