Eight of the 350 Hadas soldiers currently serving in the IDF pose after successfully completing “Hod Course,” which certified them to become Teaching and Command NCO’s in the Education Corps. 

While other soldiers from OTS’s Hadas Program are protecting Israel through their work in the Intelligence Corps, cyber units, field support in elite combat units, and the Israeli Air Force, these young “Hod Course” graduates secure the country’s future by teaching new immigrants Hebrew and enabling their acclimation to Israeli life; and providing youth-at-risk and high school dropouts with a second chance to complete their matriculation exams and start a new lease on life.
