Dozens of staff members from OTS’s Neveh Channah High School for Girls, Named in Memory of Anna Ehrman, conducted an early Tu Bishvat Seder via Zoom, with the participation of four of OTS’s shlichim currently working in the USA, England and Brazil. The emissaries shared a slice of life in the Diaspora and addressed some of the issues that arise in the course of their work, including how they deal with the communal and halakhic challenges of the pandemic.

The Seder Tu B’Shvat was part of a special 10-part course given to the staff by OTS’s Straus-Amiel Emissary Training Program, designed to enlighten them to the rich tapestry of Jewish life amongst their brothers and sisters of the Diaspora.
