This week, a Kabbalat Shabbat was held for teenagers in Acre, enabling them to take part in the unifying communal journey through songs and commemorative tradition within their community.
The activity was organized by the coordinator of the Yachad Program for Jewish Identity in Acre, just one of the Yachad coordinators who work in 80 community centers around the country with the goal of exposing people of all ages to their Jewish heritage and identity in a warm and embracing atmosphere, empowering them to make a place for Judaism in their daily lives.
