As we approach Yom HaZikaron, Israel’s Memorial Day for fallen IDF soldiers and victims of terror, students in Midreshet Lindenbaum-Lod learned all about those who have fallen since October 7th. After meeting with the families of 10 of the soldiers, they created activity sets which they distributed to Israeli elementary schools and kids in the various Israeli youth movements.

This week’s photo shows them teaching in Lod’s Rambam elementary school – a perfect example of Midreshet Lindenbaum-Lod’s founding principle that Torah study should be complemented by social involvement and responsibility.
