A soldier in the Israeli navy recites shacharit, the morning prayers, while on duty ‘somewhere’ along the Gaza shoreline, illustrating the perfect combination of service to Hashem, Am Yisrael and Eretz Yisrael.

 

Although his name, location and rank cannot be disclosed, we can tell you that he is a student/soldier in Yeshivat Hesder OTS Metivta, located in the Galilean city of Carmiel, and that we are very proud of what he and his peers are doing.
