David Nekrutman, Senior Scholar

With 19 years of experience in Jewish-Christian relations, David Nekrutman serves as the Executive Director for Ohr Torah Stone’s Center for Jewish-Christian Understanding and Cooperation (CJCUC). Through Hebraic Bible study programs, providing food care packages to needy Christian Arabs living in Bethlehem, and bringing Christian clergy and academics to Israel, the CJCUC is the first Orthodox Jewish institution to religiously dialogue and actively cooperate with Christians.

Nekrutman holds a BA in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. He also received an MA in Biblical Literature from Oral Roberts University in 2018, becoming the first Orthodox Jewish person to graduate from a spirit-filled theology program.

Nekrutman’s op-eds have appeared in the Jerusalem Post, The Times of Israel and Charisma Magazine and he has appeared on GOD TV and CBN.
