Sunday, November 25th

  • 8:00 PM – Welcome Dinner and Orientation at Olive & Fish Restaurant, corner of Keren HaYesod and Jabotinsky streets

Monday, November 26th

  • 10:15 -10:45 AM –Guided Chavrutah Study with OTS staff
  • 11:00-11:45 AM- Shiur #1 with Benjamin Ish-Shalom (Founder and President of Bet-Morasha, Jerusalem)  “How Rav Kook’s unique vision of reality led him to embrace Zionism in the 20’s and 30’s”
  • 12:00-12:45  Shiur #2 with Professor Tamar Ross (Bar-Ilan University), “Rav Kook’s thought: Halakhic Development and Contemporary Religious Feminism”
  • 1:00 PM – Mincha
  • 1:20 PM – Lunch at Anna Ticho House
  • 2:30 PM – Walking tour led by Rabbi Yedidya Sinclair and private meeting with Rav Aryeh Stern, Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem
  • 4:30 PM – Return to Hotel (arrive 5:00 pm)

Tuesday, November 27th

  • 11:00-11:45 AM – Shiur #4 from Rabbi Shlomo Riskin, OTS Founder, Chancellor Emeritus and Rosh HaYeshiva,”Tolerance or pluralism- how should Orthodox Jews relate to others according to Rav Kook?”
  • 12:00 PM –Depart for Yeshivat Merkaz HaRav, Jerusalem

  • 3:00 PM -Walking tour led by Rabbi Benji Levine, grandson of Reb Aryeh Levin zt”l (“the Tzaddik of Jerusalem) in the Nahlaot neighborhood
