OTS High Schools Awarded Prizes for Excellence

We are proud of our five high schools that made the annual Ministry of Education list of outstanding high schools whose teaching staffs will receive financial compensation awards for attaining best achievements in the 2022-23 school year.

The high schools are measured according to the rate of eligibility for matriculation, dropout prevention, absorption of special education students, enlistment in the IDF after graduation, civil service and a number of other parameters.

“It’s a source of great pride to see five of our six high schools on the Ministry of Education’s list of the country’s outstanding educational institutions: Ohr Torah Stone’s Neveh Channah and Katz-Oriya in Gush Etzion, Ohr Torah Ariel in Ramot, Jerusalem, and Derech Avot and Neveh Shmuel in Efrat,” said Rabbi Dr. Kenneth Brander, President and Rosh HaYeshiva of the Ohr Torah Stone network.

“We are excited and proud of the schools, their principals and their educational staff for achieving such top honors year after year. And we are also extremely proud that these awards of excellence are not merely a reflection on the academic standards of our schools, but also the embrace of values and ethical behavior which are practiced every day by our students and teachers and define the spirit of Ohr Torah Stone.”
