Points of Light: Enveloping Evacuees of the Gaza Envelope
Joyful cheers, songs and laughter exuded from an event hall in Jerusalem’s Leonardo Hotel last week, as students from OTS’s Derech Avot high school came to lift the spirits of children who had been evacuated with their families from southern Israel.
The Derech Avot students provided the parents with a few hours of respite – and more importantly, with the opportunity to hear their children laughing, happy and having fun again.
